Our firm began operations in 2001 when Crandall Corporate Dietitians, the nation’s largest dietary consulting firm, spun off its child nutrition division and created CN Resource. Our goal back then is the same as it is today–
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
- To provide vital assistance to State Agencies that are constantly being asked to do more with less as they oversee USDA/FNS Child Nutrition Programs; and
- To use our State Agency review and school food service experience to help schools become review-ready and remain in compliance, with our Menus Simplified™ services and Prep to Pass™ coaching.
We will always be grateful to our first few clients, which included SMIs for the Oregon Department of Education; CACFP reviews for the District of Columbia and the Louisiana Department of Education; as well as Summer Food Reviews for the Texas Department of Health. READ MORE >
