CN Resource Awarded Contract with Michigan Department of Education

CN Resource is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract with the Michigan Department of Education to provide NSLP and SFSP reviews for the 2026-2027 school year. The contract began in June and extends through May 2027, with the opportunity for renewal in subsequent years. CN Resource looks forward to this engagement serving as the foundation for a lasting, multi-year relationship with the Michigan Department of Education, and is committed to the consistent, high-quality service that will support continued collaboration well beyond the initial contract term.The Michigan Department of Education plays a vital role in supporting schools and community organizations that provide nutritious meals to children year-round. CN Resource is honored to support that mission by delivering professional, objective reviews backed by decades of experience in child nutrition programs.As part of this agreement, CN Resource will support the Michigan Department of Education’s oversight of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) by conducting onsite reviews statewide. Beyond ensuring compliance with USDA regulations, CNR will provide technical assistance and guidance to help strengthen program performance and maintain compliance."We're excited to continue our work supporting program integrity and continuous improvement across Michigan's child nutrition programs," said Lindsay Healy, President of CN Resource.
