CN Resource Welcomes Corey Holland as Director of NSLP Menu Analysis

We’re excited to share that Corey Holland has joined CN Resource as our new Director of NSLP Menu Analysis, effective August 11, 2025. After a nationwide search, Corey stood out as the perfect choice due to her experience in school nutrition and her track record leading teams that turn complex federal guidance into practical tools schools actually use. “With over 20 years of leadership in nutrition education, digital innovation, and child nutrition programs, Corey brings unmatched expertise to this role,” said our HR team. “Her experience at USDA and deep knowledge of NSLP menus position her perfectly to lead our menu review team.”In this role, Corey will oversee all contracted menu review work across our National School Lunch Program portfolio. She will handle strategy, guide our Registered Dietitians and analysts, and ensure every review meets USDA requirements and each state’s documentation standards. In addition, she’ll also serve as a key liaison to state leads and contract managers while effectively aligning staffing and workflows. Corey’s mission is to drive continuous improvements to our processes, tools, and QA so deliverables are accurate, timely, and audit-ready.Corey joins us from the USDA Food and Nutrition Service, where she most recently served as Branch Chief, Digital Nutrition Marketing and Innovation, leading national initiatives including MyPlate.gov, the MyPlate meal planner, and Shop Simple. She’s also a Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in nutrient, recipe, and menu analysis; she has presented at FNCE and SNEB and earned recent USDA honors for creative collaboration and culturally responsive education.
