CN Resource has extensive experience in providing on-going support and technical assistance for the software to sponsors and state agencies. Our support focuses on the Menu Planning and Student Eligibility modules of PrimeroEdge, assisting users in their day-to-day operation of the software.

How Do We Help?

We offer multiple avenues for the sponsors and state agencies to receive support tailored to their needs. Support services typically include troubleshooting software issues, guidance on menu planning, nutrient analysis, and resolving data entry errors. Users can access help through multiple channels such as email, phone, or an online support portal, where knowledgeable representatives offer step-by-step solutions and best practices. In addition, support may include training resources, user guides, and updates on system enhancements to help staff stay current with program features and regulatory requirements.

Pennsylvania Support Portal

To assist state agencies who contract with Cn Resource for PrimeroEdge technical support, we created a Support Portal that is customized to service all sponsors within a state. Our Support Portal is a centralized online resource designed to provide users with quick and convenient access to technical assistance and helpful information. Through the portal, users can submit support tickets, track the status of existing requests, and communicate directly with support specialists.

Resource Library

The Support Portal also offers a searchable knowledge base that includes step-by-step guides, troubleshooting tips, and answers to frequently asked questions. Additional resources such as training materials, recorded webinars, and user guides are available. Each allows sponsors to learn at their own pace and reach out via the portal if additional assistance is needed.

In-Person and Virtual Trainings

CN Resource hosts a multitude of in-person and virtual trainings for PrimeroEdge are designed to equip users with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively navigate and utilize the system. In-person training provides hands-on, interactive learning experiences where participants can engage directly with trainers, ask questions in real time, and practice tasks in a guided environment. Virtual training offers options through live webinars or recorded sessions. This provides sponsors the opportunity to receive training on how to operate the software in a classroom setting, as well as time for more directed one-on-one assistance in-person, or virtually.

State Agency Support

Support for state agencies using PrimeroEdge is tailored to meet the unique regulatory, reporting, and operational needs at the state level. For example, CN Resource is contracted with the Pennsylvania Department of Education to manage the state-wide database of ingredients and recipes for sponsors to utilize in their menu planning procedures. In addition we also have the capability to complete special projects related to PrimeroEdge, such as implementing statewide recipes, assisting with direct certification matching, and menu planning.
