Pennsylvania Support Portal
Sponsors in Pennsylvania have access to a support portal that allows them to submit help tickets, schedule support calls, reset their password, and other technical support needs. The portal also allows sponsors to stay up to date with announcements from the state agency, as well as any updates on the software.
Resource Library
Within the Pennsylvania Support Portal, sponsors have the ability to access our Resource Library. In the library, sponsors will find how-to guides, video walkthroughs, and PowerPoint training. Each allows sponsors to learn at their own pace and reach out via the portal if additional assistance is needed.
In-Person and Virtual Trainings
CN Resource hosts a multitude of in-person and virtual trainings on the PrimeroEdge software. This provides sponsors the opportunity to receive training on how to operate the software in a classroom setting, as well as time for more directed one-on-one assistance in-person, or virtually.
State Agency Support
CN Resource manages the state-wide database of ingredients and recipes (approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education) for sponsors to utilize in their menu planning procedures. We also work closely with the state agency to complete special projects related to PrimeroEdge.
